WED BREAKFAST
Labo. This is how Trina described what I ate for breakfast last Wednesday.
It was weird actually. I still had shrimp from Monday, which I didn't want to embalm in my chiller any longer. I opened the fridge and let it thaw in the chopping board while I heated water. Yup I boiled it with nothing by my undying attention. And focus, because of hunger.
In a short, stout caldero that I had, I was boiling 2 eggs too. Because I wanted eggs.
I was thinking of what else to add, but I couldn't think of any, plus my fridge only had water, my magic tuna spread, and cucumber.
Cucumber! Dipped it in a bit of vinegar and pepper.
Breakfast: (Dude never try this combo, I didn't like it at all. Although fresh shrimp is always good.)
Yup. That's a bit of rock salt.
Lunch
I had a tuna sandwich I brought to the office. I wasn't hungry then so that was fine.
>> Enter merienda.
I drove to my account to get them to sign a few contracts for displays. When I got out I saw kids eating shawarma.
I tried guys. I tried.
But I could not resist! I had a shawarma. It was soooo good. Their special spicy sauce leaves you wanting more, like a really good kiss. (PG15 na to.)
While walking to my car I saw the guy who prepares the fried noodles. Gave me a quick "ser!". That was all he needed to do. I rushed to their stall and got fried noodles with wanton.
After, I saw teenies eating what I thought was a small bowl of rice toppings. I saw the sauce. It was the special shawarma sauce! They have shawarma rice.
I held my bilbil. No. I can't.
I can't have one. Discipline.
Well.
FITNESS WEDNESDAY
Wednesday was Run Walk Day. Run 1 minute, walk 2 minutes, repeat 10 times.
I did. As usual, the pain it caused me made me regret having to eat too many for the day.
I am fat because I eat too much.
Anyway, on my 8th round I felt this stinging feeling on both shins. It was sharp, like someone punched my shin with bareknuckles.
By the 10th I was praying to St. Lorenzo Ruiz to help me pray for the pain. I'm telling you it was crazy pain.
Looked it up and found out the it was runner's injury. Shin splints they call it. You're supposed to rest them for a few days.
Runner's injury. That put a smile on my face. I'm a runner now.
THURSDAY
Thursday I had some hot and spicy pancit canton, some tuna, and hardboiled eggs.
What? Wala laman fridge ko e!

I drove to the next city (Roxas) which is 3 hours away. Did a bit of trade checking and coaching, and then drove back to PPC.
In PPC, we went to eat in Chicken Inato again, and I had chicken breast again, with rice. We also shared a large inihaw na pusit (grilled squid). It was good, since that was the first time I tried binusog na pusit, with a twist! The effing twist was thin slices of cheese inside! Surprisingly excellent!
FITNESS
In the afternoon, I walked 2.4kms for 30 mins. That's what the program requires!
DINNER
For dinner I had tuna sandwich and 3 glasses of Nestea Fit, while watching BAD BOYS on HBO.
