Walk Easy 30 mins and then Dinner- Thursday February 4, 2010 // Breakfast February 5, 2010

Yesterday's program was pretty easy on the body.  Drove to the Puerto Princesa Oval to walk easy for 30 mins straight.  It was great to warm up leg muscles that have been dormant the past few years.  Heating them up I actually found the urge to run, but decided to stick to the plan.  7 more weeks of this and I'd be running 30 minutes straight!


For dinner, I picked up my good friends Didoy and Mayi who were in town for vacation.  We went to Kinabuch to have dinner, where, I had 2 bowls of Sinigang na Hipon, a serving of pinaputok na samaral, and 2 pieces of buttered chicken.  Oh and a cup of white rice.  Actually felt good to eat good food.  But let's leave it for special occasions like that.


For breakfast, I wasn't really hungry, maybe because of the heavy dinner from last night.  I was actually thinking of not eating anymore, but decided against it for fear of gorging on lunch.


I prepared another Tuna Mustard Sandwich and had my favorite calorie free Iced Cold Thin Black Coffee. Well I actually had 3 already this morning.


Today's Run Walk day.  I hope I don't pass out later.
