Either it was out of fuel to burn or I was just giving myself and excuse to eat Shakeys.
After the very difficult 30 mins though, I decided not to eat at Shakeys. Sayang naman. I thought of going to the public market to buy fish I could steam.
Decided to buy yellow fin tuna that I decided I would steam with ginger. Also got kangkong, okra, and potatoes.
When I got home, I separated the kankong stem and leaves:
I was going to boil the okra, and potatoes too.. Started with the potatoes since that takes a bit of time
I was thinking of ways to steam the fish but I didn't know what to do, so the Chuck Norris in me kicked in, and I had a fucking eureka! moment.
Roast it on the effing kalan, pareh.
I was extra careful doing this since I didn't want to burn down the house. I still had to eat yknow. (ala Manny).
After cooking for 40mins, (hirap ng walang maid. hirap magisa! damnit.)
Here!
Surpisingly, it tasted great! Boiled kangkong leaves, potatoes, and okra, plus, kalan roasted yellow fin tuna. No seasoning whatsoever!
Hahaha.
See you tomorrow. I'm beat.
