For lunch, we drove off to Fastorant in Paseo De Sta Rosa. It's called by another cooler name but I can't remember! Fastorant is just way cooler, for me, since, skwater ako. Hahahaha.
I can't remember everything that I had but I managed to take photos of it.
My First Plate
My Second Plate (hahaha)
My Drink (zero calories daw)
Dessert. So-so.
I don't really know how I could get about this project. I think I love food better than fitness. But I still have to watch over my health, plus I really want to get back in shape. Pants don't fit me anymore. Haha.
I spoke to Jubs for 10 minutes and seriously asked for some tips and key points on how I could start training. He says it all starts with discipline (which I actually don't have). He stopped dieting on his 2nd week, but cut his food intake by a quarter.
Anyway, he shared a site where I can read on and learn more about running programs. Swears by it. If you know Jubs, you'll definitely believe anything he says about running.

Check it out. There might be something there for you too!
And so, driving home, I was thinking of how discipline plays a key factor in all of this.
How I should stick to the plan.
Fitness plan.
How I should zero in on the goal. GET BACK IN SHAPE.
Discipline! Discipline Ryan!
I felt the intensity. I felt my adrenaline running in my veins. I felt the heat.
and then I got hungry. So I went to Jollibee take out to get Double Cheeseburger Meal.
Darnnit.

PS watch out for the progress of my running-eating-blogging career. Starting (yet again) tomorrow.
