Breakfast and Lunch: February 4, 2010

Breakfast was very similar to last night's dinner, blame it to living alone.  I don't really have much inside the fridge, plus I don't like keeping food there - freshness issues.


For breakfast, I fried (yeah sorry) Yellow Fin Tuna and sauteed the natitirang Okra.  I also had a boiled potato:


Today is was field coaching day for me too.  We visited a couple of side street stores, and had lunch at a local carinderia.  It was scary when I was adviced against drinking water!  Good thing they had bottled water.

I had this.  I'm not sure what it is, it tasted like Bistek, but fish, possibly tambakol.


Surprisingly tasted great.  Although it felt like the rice was cooked a few hours ago, left to dry in the sun.  Oh well.  Di naman tayo maarte.

Walk easy day today.  30 mins.
