King turned pauper

Remembered my friend Jun saying:  Eat breakfast like a King, Lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper!

I ate all meals like I was a whole effing kingdom.

Yesterday though was different.  It was Run-Walk day, restarting the 8 week program because I "missed" two days last week.  Long story, read previous post(s) to keep track.

Anyway, so for breakfast, I was famished.  I didn't know what to eat.. and then suddenly I remembered, I had an 8am meeting in my key account!  And it was 730am.  So I dressed up, rushed to the account and got there on time, but doubly hungry.  It was good that it finished on time though, so I had time to walk around the curb and get to my favorite food stalls in Palawan.

For breakfast, I had these:

Meaty Shawarma with special spicy sauce!

I almost always have these, fried noodles, when I pass by this supermarket in PPC.

I satisfied my craving for two of my favorite things!  Fried noodles and shawarma!

For lunch, I wasn't really hungry (naks) so I had what everyone else was having in the office.  I had a serving of ampalayang gisa (sauteed bittermelon) and hardboiled egg, and a cup of white rice!  The ampalaya was just perfect, very delicious.  It tasted more of shrimp than of ampalaya!  and the hardboiled egg was okay, it was pre-dipped in adobong pata, so it had already absorbed some of the yummy oil the stew had.

In the afternoon, I went running again, started day 1 of the 8 week program with Run 1min, walk 2mins, repeat 10 times.

It was unf*ingbelievable.

I'm telling you, it felt like I was going to pass out anytime.  In my eight round I was literally, sincerely, praying "Lord please take me through this.  I need you now."

Nagdidilim na talaga paningin ko!

Good thing I did get out of it alive, else you'd be freaked out reading a blogpost from a dead man right?

...

booo.

For dinner, I just had one tuna mustard sandwich.  Finally finished off that little tupperware I had.  Maybe I'll make another one today.
