MORNING FEB 13, 2010

I'm really hating my legs now for flaking out on the program.


I wrote about my shin splints, and what excruciating pain they're causing.


I wrote about how my calves and thighs turn into cement at the 3rd stride.


I read a few blogs and there's one way to cure these...  REST.

Nonetheless, I am sticking to the program.


Okay, what's for breakfast?
