Day 1 and 2 of the re-start of the new program and I'm sent to training in a 1-star hotel with a 2-star buffet. Geddemet.
Some of the food I stuffed my face with:
Chicken pastel on bread, potato chips, and a blue berry croissant. I gorged on the croissant the minute I saw the blueberry glistening at the end of the room, on the white plate, in the grey tray held by the kinky waiter.
Again, I forgot to take a photo before eating. the space right there was barbecued chicken breast. Had beansprouts and some bangus. So-so.
they served baked mac for merienda. I shit you not, i only finished half of the baked mac. Had none of the greasy garlic bread. Not a fan of it anyway.
Don't know what these are called but I now christen them Jessica Alba Puffs. Go figure. I had two. And wanted more.
For dinner at home I had some Chop Suey and Adobong Chicken Breast. My mom makes it very difficult to diet with her lutong bahay. The white rice was in my peripheral vision. I almost fainted.
Some cheesy ensaymada, a cinnamon roll and mango juice from a tetrapak. Again, so-so.
Was in the middle of eating when I remembered to take a picture of this plate. Hahahaha. Had gulay sa gata, adobong manok, kilawing tanguige.
so-so.
Carbonara. Nuff said.
Needless to say I didn't get the momentum going.
One thing I avoided this week though > RICE.

Anyway. I just got off the phone and now I'm not at all in the mood to write.
